Now that the ballot has passed, the WG has one more task at hand - that of
responding to all
the comments (both positive and negative). To make this task easier, I am
looking for volunteers
(that will form the ballot responsse team) who would be willing to review
some of the comments and
write up the responses. All the
responses will later be discussed and reviewed by the entire WG. If you would
like to
be part of the ballot response team, please send me email.
So here are the remaining steps:
1. Collect all comments into a single document - my task (Paul Menchini send
me his comments in a nice
Excel format that I plan to use to collect the rest of the comments.
Paul, I hope you dont mind).
2. Distribute comments to the ballot response team and respond - ballot
response team
3. Discuss ballot responses by entire WG - by all
4. Send recirculation ballot.
One more note: I am looking for someone to support the teleconferences.
Please let me
know if your company is willing to sponsor this. I expect that we would not
have more than 5
teleconferences.
