I will be happy to review the responses (to give you an idea of how
RevCom will feel about them), but I don't have time to help you formulate
the responses.

Quite the contrary, I encourage its use. I formulated that spreadsheet
because it's more or less standard with RevCom (staff is developing a
standard template that will soon be distributed). Using that format
will allow RevCom to easily understand what your BRC has done.

IIRC, the only thing you may need to do is add a "BRC response" column.
