Subject: Draft D2.2 for ballot

Hi all:
Draft D2.2 is ready for ballot. If you are on the ballot list, you should be hearing
from IEEE in the next couple of weeks.
The following changes were made to draft 2.1:
1. Annex A and section 7 reformatting - font change, font consistency, etc.
2. Correction to the BNF (Parameter Errata)
as posted by Cliff April 12. Changes made to both Annex A and section 7.
3. Added note on ROM/RAM as per issue posted by Ben April 5 and my response dated April 25.
