All,

1. Footnote on Page 8 should appear on Page 7; ignore if this is
  a printing problem

2. Section 3, Page 9. Change the reference to 'Language Reference Manual'
to 'Language Reference Manual (see Section 2)'

3. Section 3, Page 9. LRM should refer to The Verilog language reference
manual, IEEE Std 1364-2001. (Question: What is our position on referencing
the LRM, will we always reference the 2001 LRM?)

How about adding the following definitions to Section 3:

   i) Sequential Logic (currently defined in Section 4)
ii) Combinational Logic (currently defined in Section 4)
iii) metalogical (used in Section 4 (item a), not defined anywhere)
iv) transient delays (used in Section 4)
   v) timeout clause / active timeout clause (used in Section 4)
   vi) Synchronous
vii) Asynchronous ("asynchronous control" and "asynchronous data" used
                      in Section 4.2)

In addition, I believe it is a good idea to also introduce definitions for
  "combinational outputs" and "combinational delays".

4. 5.2.2.1 - typo, should read "storage device" not "storage sevice"

5. For completeness, suggest that a new section 5.2.2.2 be added that
illustrates modeling of edge-sensitive storage devices with
   synchronous set/reset
