Here is my feedback on the latest draft.

sec 4, second line, delete "(latches)". This term is defined in the Terminlogy
section.

sec 4.1, second para, second line, should be "edge event", not edge events.
third line - insert as "...always statement in the
event list to "

third para: change "block" to "statement".

4th para: should be "edge list"; should be "combinational logic model"

2nd line: delete "body".
4th line: delete "body".
5th line: delete "sensitivity"

Ex 4.1.1. in comment: change to "models"
