The ballot response document has been updated at the vlog-synth web site. A
new draft v2.3, dated Sept 10, 2002, has
been prepared with all the changes identified in the ballot resolution
document. This new draft (alongwith the ballot resolution
document) is being sent out by IEEE as part of the recirculation ballot.
