Unless Bhasker objects, could we get Steve Sharp added to the
vlog-synth@eda.org email reflector? Steve is a valued member of the
Verilog-2001 VSG and his contributions and insights are worthy for general
vlog-synth distribution. We don't need to see his messages filtered through
