Why include the 'sy_' part at all? These attributes are meaningful for more than just synthesis.

| More and more I like what I believe was either Paul's or Steve's
| suggestion that 1364.1 assert its importance and make a land grab for
| the important attributes, like fullcase and parallel case; and then
| definitively define what these attributes mean. Then the 1364.1
| committee can sit back and watch the magic that happens as coverage
| tools, lint tools, formal analysis tools and likely others take
| advantage of this information and leverage it into wonderful new
| capabilities for the users.
