Draft v2.0 is now available on our web site: http://www.eda.org/vlog-synth
During the migration over to the new IEEE format, I lost the change bars.
The changes I made from D1.9 are:
1. Using new IEEE format
2. Updates in section 6 based on our last meeting minutes.
This draft is complete as of now except for Annex B which we hope to finalize next month.
