I have a question about the language in 6.1:
Paragrapgh 3 says, "It is recommended ... that the first attribute within the attribute instance be synthesis followed by a comma
separated list of synthesis-related attributes."
Then, paragraph 4 says, "The attribute synthesis shall be listed as the first attribute in an attribute instance."
First, this seems to be redundant, already stated in paragraph 3.
More importantly, there is a change in language from "recommended" to "shall" (mandatory).
It can't be both?
