WG members:

I have updated the draft document D1.6 with the following changes:

1. Added the 1364-2001 syntax
2. Created a new section on syntax that is section sync'ed with the
   1364-2001 LRM.
3. Added a syntax summary as an annex
4. Added the synthesizability/non-synthesizability of the newly added
   features as per my initial assessment (this is of course still subject
   to review).

Feedback on this draft is welcome. Draft is available
on our web site http://www.eda.org/vlog-synth under "DRaft Documentation".
