RE: [sv-bc] $unit::m or $root.m in module instance?

This is not the same, but in Mantis 1509
(http://www.eda.org/mantis/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0001509), I asked
about adding a way to reference a module/instance found at a higher
level without having to know the exact name of the module/instance in
which it is instantiated, something like ".." in Unix.

I was thinking about using them in hierarchical name references, though.
I was not thinking about module instantiations.

I'm not sure I'd be in favor of it myself, but I wanted to mention the
idea for consideration.
