[sv-ec] 2506 formatting

Hi,

In the new cross coverage BNF, the BNF for select_expression is changed and some new alternatives are added after the existing five.

Currently, the new BNF is formatted in a way that may confuse the editor.

After the final existing line

| ( select_expression)

the first new line is separated by the previous line by an empty line between them and the indentation is different. It looks at first like a completely separate BNF.

Please align all the lines consistently and remove the empty line in the middle.

This is for both Syntax 19-4 and for A.2.11.
