Subject: [sv-ec] Voting rights in the Technical Committees are being reset

  To all P1800 Technical Committees:

As most of you have heard, we have received a lot of Ballot feedback on the

latest draft of the 1800-2009 LRM. This brings us to a new phase of the

process of releasing a new LRM. At such points in time it is customary for

us to reset the voting rights within the Technical Committees. This time

  around is no exception.

Anyone that attends the next 3 TC conference calls will have voting rights.

After the first 3 meetings have been held, those people that have attended

2 of the previous 3 meetings will then have voting rights. The two-thirds

rule which we used before will also be in effect, although this rule

has no bearing until we reach the 6th meeting.

  Neil
