Hello SV-EC,

Please find my votes below.

The proposal conflicts with resolved Mantis 1237.

I will upload a new 1655 proposal that overlays 1237's approved
proposal.

I would like to see the example changed to use "const ref"
rather than "ref". That is better style for writing covergroups.

This looks good, but I didn't have time to adequately scrutinize
Don's detailed examples.

I don't think the final sentence in the proposal is clear enough:
"Streaming from left-to-right keeps bits of the generic stream in the
same order; streaming from right to left reverses the order of each
block."

Does this mean "... the order of the bits in each block"?
Or does it mean "... the order of the sequence of blocks"?
Or both? Should be easy to resolve this with a friendly amendment.
