[sv-ec] "string literal" and "literal string"

The term "string literal" occurs 42 times in 1800.

"literal string" appears 4 times, in 3.1, 3.6 (next to last para.), 4.7
(para. 3), and 23.2 (page bottom).

On the face of it, they appear to refer to the same thing.

But if so, this statement from 3.6 appears to be a tautology:

"String literals can also be cast to a packed or unpacked array, which
shall follow the same rules as assigning a literal string to a packed or
unpacked array."

Can anyone explain?

Thanks,

Shalom
