I have a couple of comments:
  - there is a typo end of paragraph 7.19:
"In the that"

  - There is a bnf change which is not provided since we have now added the
qualifier
pure to virtual methods.

method_qualifier ::=
   virtual |
   pure virtual |
   class_item_qualifier

Except for these minor issues, I approve the proposal.
