Cliff's Votes

SVDB 1828 Yes
Is "should" an appropriate IEEE term??
"Can" and "may" imply that a tool can but is not required to
implement a feature.
"Shall" implies that a tool must implement a feature.
"Should" - does this imply strongly encouraged??

SVDB 2008 Yes (Yes on version rev9 dated 2008-02-15)

SVDB 2219 Yes

SVDB 2043 Yes

SVDB 1564 Yes
