[sv-bc] SVDB 348

Hi Neil.

In the Aug 20 SV-BC conference call
(http://www.eda-stds.org/sv-bc/minutes/sv-bc_07_08_20.txt),
the committee considered SVDB 348
(http://www.eda.org/svdb/view.php?id=348) that you submitted 
in 2004.

The SV-BC would like to know if you feel 348 is addressed and can be
closed or should remain open.  
The SV-BC is not in favor of pursuing feature deprecation at this time.
