[sv-bc] section 4.2 enum_base_type production

Didn't we decide recently that the type_identifier in 
type_identifier {packed_dimension} in section 4.2 could refer to a
integer_vector_type or any typedef of an integer_vector_type?
 
Is the following legal?
 
typede logic mylogic;
 
enum mylogic [1:3] {in, out} enum_t;
 
I wish we had an LRM which contains all the errata that we agreed on...
