 154 (SVDB 499) _X__Yes __No

 155 (SVDB 501) _X_Yes ___No

 266 (SVDB 695) __Yes _X__No

 287 (SVDB 689) _X_Yes ___No

The reason for no vote on the issue 695 is because of the following:

WAS: NOTE: Queues and dynamic arrays have the same assignment and
argument passing semantics.
PROPOSED: (This is an informational note. No change to the note - except use
a
smaller font for the note. This note just helps the reader recognize an
interesting fact
about queues and dynamic arrays)

I think this should be normative and not kept as a note. Prior to this
paragraph, there is no mention of any relationship between queue and dynamic
arrays. It does, however, explicitly states common operations with unpacked
arrays as
"Queues support the same operations that can be performed on unpacked
arrays, and using the same operators and
rules except as defined below:"
