3.10.3 - "enumerate type" --> "enumerated type"

4.1 - "along with option" --> "along with the option"

4.1 - "the number elements" --> "the number of elements"

4.2 - "same as bit [7:0] c2" --> "same as bit signed [7:0] c2" (with
'signed' bold)

4.4 - "An single element" --> "A single element"

4.15.1 - In "the name item is used by default", the 'item' should be in
Courier.

4.15.1 - In "unique()", the 'unique' keyword should be bold.

4.15.2 - In "rsort()", the 'r' should be in Courier.

4.15.2 - In "struct { byte red, green, blue }" there should be a semicolon
after 'blue', and the 'byte' keyword should be bold.

7.18.1 - in the example, 'packer' should be 'packet'

8.1 - "except for do...while, break, continue and goto" --> "except for
do...while, break, continue, return and goto"

8.4.1 - Need a second level of bullet indentation after "Each pattern is
matched using the following simple recursive rule".

8.4.1.2, 8.4.1.3 - both occurrences of "expression matches pattern" seem
weird, especially the first one. Shouldn't at least the keyword 'matches'
be in bold Courier?

8.5.2 - In "loop2: for", the keyword 'for' should be bold.

8.6 - the statements should be terminated with semicolons

8.11 - In "named sequence: triggered", the 'triggered' should be in Courier
(although not in bold).

10.2 - In "the endtask is reached", the keyword 'endtask' should be in bold
Courier.

10.3.1 - In "myprint (int a);", the keyword 'int' should be bold Courier.

19.2 - "myinterface #(100) scalar1, vector[9:0];" --> "myinterface #(100)
scalar1(), vector[9:0]();"

19.3 - In "wire d;", the keyword 'wire' should be bold.

19.6.3, 19.6.3 - In three occurrences of "input logic", the keyword 'logic'
still needs to be made bold.

19.8.1 - The line after the "repeat( 20 )" should be indented.

19.8.2 - In "repeat(2)", the 'repeat' keyword should be bold.

19.9 - In "interface.mp", the 'interface' keyword should be bold.

21.2 - In "driven by signal en remains", the 'en' should be Courier.

29.3 - throughout this section many occurrences of the 'reg' and 'parameter'
keywords need to be bolded

31.25.1 - all occurrences of the keyword 'alias' should be bold, and each
alias statement should be terminated with a semicolon

31.47 - a doubled "NOTE"
