Greetings,

During the SV-EC meeting this morning we discussed the process that was used
during the last LRM review and how to effectively handle the large number of
issues that were generated.

The conclusion we reached was that we needed to gather, from each of the
reviewers, any issues they felt were unresolved and needed to be tracked for
future drafts of the LRM or versions of the language. Since the Draft 5 LRM
is essentially what will be sent to the board (with some minor changes as
required) it is important the we, as a community, do the following two
steps:

1. Raise any issue that you feel would seriously impact your vote on sending
the LRM to the board for approval. Please be aware that all sections have
been voted on and approved by the committees so any issue should be with
regard to the changes required in the LRM to make sure that it accurately
represents the decisions of the committee. Please email this directly to the
committee responsible for the section (AC, BC, CC, and EC) with a copy to
me.

2. Review the responses to the reviews you performed and use the attached
spreadsheet to submit those items you want to make sure are eventually
handled (either in a future draft or future version of the language). This
should be based on the reviews already performed and not a "wish list".
There are other forums for general enhancements. Please email this directly
to me (along with a copy copy to the committee responsible for the section).

If each of the reviewers could do this I would really appreciate it. With
the volume of information I received it was not possible to both figure out
the changes for the LRM, respond to all of the questions, and create the
issue list. Clearly the items for the LRM were given the highest priority.

I will take the results of 2 and build a page with all of the open items.

The results of 1 (if any) will have to be handled by the chairs of the
respective committees.

Regards
David
