Greetings,
I want to thank the members of the SV-BC for all of the your hard work and
effort to review the 3.1 Draft 4 LRM. I have been amazed at the amount of
energy you have all expended in a relatively short time and the depth and
quality of the comments. It has really kept me hopping to go through all of
the comments, think through the implications, contact the related assigned
exports, and resolve the issues.
