Subject: [sv-bc] Rescheduled Full SV meeting to February 28

Due to some request I re-scheduled the SV full meeting on Friday 28 in San
Jose Valley. On the 27th there are other SV committee meetings going on.
This meeting will not be changed. Also there will be a meeting the week
before for a new working group.
More detail to come, once I find a host. The meeting will be full day (9 am
to 4:30 PM).
