And in order to end with something really trivial: in the first example of 19.6.1.4, 'endgroup' should be bold.

It is not clear to me that all these extensions to the coverage functionality are the ones that will make it more useful, but I will assume that you had good reasons for choosing these and not others.

Anyway, I finally finished my review, so no more comments, hopefully.
