The second one. Although the "u" in "%u" was chosen to stand for
unformatted and may be described that way, the %u format is a format.
The intent is to print them as they would appear if no format were used.
I can see how somebody might be confused by these two different uses
of the term "unformatted" though.

Note that %p is mainly intended for a human reader, and the raw
output of %u is generally unprintable and unreadable as text.
