This preliminary draft contains the changes for all Mantis items that address ballot comments that had been approved by the working group through June 17, 2009 (additional Mantis items are expected to be approved later this week). This preliminary draft also contains the editorial changes reflected in ballot comments but which were not assigned a Mantis number, as well as a few other editorial changes, such as spelling or cross reference corrections. The purpose of this preliminary draft is to give the SV subcommittees as much time as possible to review the implementation of these changes prior to the final recirculation draft being generated. Each subcommittee should promptly review the Mantis items under their jurisdiction that now have a status of COMPLETED and ensure that the editing has been done correctly.
