hi EC, I looked at some of the 9 outstanding items listed in today's agenda item 3.4: Mantis 2694, ID #140: why not allow virtual interface as interface item? Although this seems a sensible extension, it's nevertheless an extension. Its lack can easily be worked-around. So I suggest we close this item with no action, to avoid any risk from a last-minute change. Mantis 1721, ID #188: search order for array.find(), array.find_index()? The text of 7.13.1 currently is perfectly clear: Array locator methods traverse the array in an unspecified order. Admittedly this makes find_first_index() and find_last_index() pretty much useless, but I don't see why any change is needed at this stage. However, if EC thinks it should be changed to use left-to-right ordering, I'm happy to write a proposal. Mantis 1486, ID #190: what is a static thread? I have uploaded a proposal to Mantis for this. -- Jonathan Bromley Consultant Doulos - Developing Design Know-how VHDL * Verilog * SystemVerilog * SystemC * PSL * Perl * Tcl/Tk * Project Services Doulos Ltd.
