I'm not an expert on this committee-procedural stuff, but...

Manti 2211, 2214, 2215 were submitted AFTER the Nov-15 cutoff
date for things we're allowed to work on.  Is there a risk 
that they will be rejected out-of-hand by the IEEE1800 WG?
If so, should we consider swallowing their contents into
other Manti that got in before the deadline?

It looks to me as though they're all fairly mission-critical.
