I've created Mantis 2185 to cover this; I believe it's 
a relatively small enhancement that would make it easier
to write certain useful kinds of constraint.  I leave it
to sv-ec to decide whether they want to add it to the
12/15 to-do list.  I'm willing to write a proposal if so.
