Mehdi, here is my input on SV-EC issues that should be
resolved for the 2008 version.

I just filed 2080 for the "::" issue that came up in the
last EC meeting. That needs to be resolved and is related
to 1857.

2035 (class methods with static lifetime) has come up before and
since it involves a deprecation, we should address that.

1714 (singular type as the mailbox default) comes up regularly and
has come up in the Verification Guild as well. We need to make decisions
on this.

1608/1594 (relational ops on class handles) needs to be finished off.
This is in the current email vote set so we may be Ok, but if I
want to make sure this is noted so that if the vote doesn't pass
this will be on the high-priority list.

1584 (defaults in virtual methods) is fairly important to consider. I
think there has been some implementation divergence here and users get
really frustrated in this area.

1516 (randomize with resolution) is tied to the name resolution issues
and needs to be resolved.

1256 (linked list description) notes deep flaws in List by using the
include form in conjunction with parameterized classes.
