My Votes below:

1655  _X_ Yes   ___ No

1732  ___ Yes   _X_ No

1732 is a duplicate of 1236.

1777  _X_ Yes   ___ No

Friendly amendment: swap blue/red colors and fix typo ")" "]" :

FROM:       bins b3 = ( 3 [-> 3:5) );  // 3 to 5 nonconsecutive 3's

            TO:         bins b3 = ( 3 [-> 3:5] );  // 3 to 5
nonconsecutive 3's

1371  ___ Yes   _X_ No

The language is very unclear: It seems to remove the ability to
automatically terminate the simulation when *all* initial blocks that
originate in a program terminate.

1384  ___ Yes   _X_ No

Use of the term "target" makes the sentence worse - it's at best
redundant, at worst its undefined.

It's not at all clear what the last sentence means:

Reconstruction does not modify any internal properties in the target
class object.

1707  ___ Yes   _X_ No

The attempt to describe the semantics as a set of steps is a good idea.
However. the proposal's language can be improved. It is unclear as to
the streaming direction.

1680  _X_ Yes   ___ No

1427  _X_ Yes   ___ No

1723  ___ Yes   _X_ No

The distinction between num and size is intentional. Normal (fixed size
or dynamic) arrays have a size, that is, the size used for the creation
of the array. Associative arrays are not created with a particular size;
instead they contain a number of elements, hence num.

Perhaps that description is too pedantic and should be dropped in favor
of orthogonality, but we should discuss the (de)merits before making
this change.

1736  _X_ Yes   ___ No

      Arturo
