Cliff, The meeting continued using my conference number - we had seven participants. Since the PAR was approved, voting rights have been reset. Anyone who attends any of the first three meetings will have voting rights and after that, the usual voting rules apply. We spent a lot of time reviewing and uploading revised proposals (multiple times), so without internet access, you would not have been too productive.
