Some will have to volunteer to write a proposal (probably me) and move it through the committee. You will certainly help your case if you write up the proposal yourself. You can look at the way we make changes to the LRM by reviewing other passed proposals. To look at all the SV-EC passed so far: Go to http://www.eda-stds.org/svdb/view_all_bug_page.php and login as guest/guest Then select category:sv-ec, status:resolved and press apply filter. At this time, we have not separated the mantis issues that are simply closed with no further action versus those that require LRM changes, so you'll have to look for mantis issues that have attached files. These are the ones that are most likely LRM changes.
