[sv-ec] RE: [sv-champions] Champions meeting 1/4/05

I suggest that this issue be sent back to the SV-EC because of yours and
Shalom's comments. The champions group is not the place to be editing
proposals.

This is what happens when we try to rush things through, lot's o'
mistakes.
