According to the rule, Mehdi, Could we modify the email ballot format
to add "reason if no"?
If a clear description of the reasoning behind a 'No' is given, that
will give some time to
the errata originator to think through it. If the reasoning is sound,
then the originator could
change his/her mind and withdraw/reduce priority of the errata, thus
avoid further discussion?
For instance, I don't want to have a vote on 238 ( pipeline data
access, withdraw ) since there
is something very close in the assertion section of the LRM. A time
saving for everyone.
