Subject: [sv-ec] ERR=29 and ERR-31 as part of the EMAIL vote

Greetings,
It turns out that the proposal for ERR-31 is incorrect. In responding to
Thomas Kruse the proposal was made that the use of endfunction and
endtask should be removed on virtual members of a class. Unfortunately this
is not correct. If these are not supported then a definition of a virtual
method that includes a body would be illegal. If it is optional then there
are ambiguities in parsing.
Since this proposal is already out for vote the ability to just remove this
proposal from the voting process does not exist (at least we have not
defined our rules to allow it and Robert's Rules of Order specifically
disallow it).
My request is that this be voted down so that it can be removed from
consideration. Since I do not have a vote I cannot do so (but would if I
could).
In addition there was a minor typo on ERR-28 that was fixed. The change was
change the capital I on Initializer to lower case. No change in meaning.
Regards
David
