Greetings,

Just a clarification. The ineligible company vote was actually an abstain
(which would have been taken as a no under the Accellera rules if the vote
was elligible).

All the votes were sent to the reflector so I have not summarized the notes
or the company names. Any comments sent with the vote will be discussed at
the TCC meeting tommorrow morning.

Regards
David

Subject: Semi-official final tally for SV-EC votes

Greetings,

I have now received votes from all companies (eligible and not) that have
been participating in the committee.

The final tally of eligible company votes is: 5 votes yes and 1 vote no

The final tally of ineligible company votes is: 1 vote no

Assuming no changes in the next 40 minutes then we have voted to pass our
portion of the LRM on to the board for approval.

Regards
David
