I'd like to abstain on the grounds that National's needs weren't really
addressed (i.e. easy re-use/migration
of existing C++ based system-level verification tools). I also think
that while a lot of the new functionality
is good, the implementation is somewhat bloated and the language could
be reduced significantly - and I'd
rather the reduction work was done before releasing the LRM since
deprecating stuff later is always harder.
