I suppose vendors will probably abuse this and start including other
files that are proprietary to that vendor or OEM'ed but I don't think
this has an effect on the definition in the standard. If such library
files become prevalent enough they will be added to the standard (as was
done with the Synopsys IEEE math packages and others for VHDL).
