In 1364-2001 LRM, it was mentioned:
If any bit of the genvar ever is set to an X or Z or if the genvar
is set to a negative value,this shall be an error.
In 1364-2005 LRM, it is mentioned:
It shall be an error if any bit of the genvar is set to x or z
during the evaluation of the loop generate scheme.
So is now negative value allowed to be assigned to genvar? Is the
change intentional?
