[sv-bc] P1800 D6 : greek mu character in Sec 3.13

I was flipping though the D6 version of the LRM yesterday and noticed in
Sec 3.13  the "NOTE" Paragraph appears to have an 'm' character instead
of greek mu character.
 
(Sorry, the paragraph won't copy any paste into an email body due to the
extended characters)
 
 
This change seems to have happened between D5 and D6, as D5 and previous
do show the correct character for (mu)
 
Can this just me addressed as a note to the editor, or should I enter a
Mantis for it?
