I just noticed while teaching a class, that in draft 5: 1) Mantis 976 added subclause 7.10.8 that with an example uses .first with an associative array that has a wildcard index. 2) Mantis 1457 adds to the description of the .start method (and several other methods) "Associative arrays that specify a wildcard index type shall not be allowed."
