Hi Matt, From the Champions meeting of April 10th, the Editor has requested a better note in the proposal for Mantis 2008. The current note reads as "(Note to Editor: Changes from Mantis 1041, 1294, 2131, and 1345 are all merged into this version of 2008)." It was Shalom's understanding that this note meant that the Mantis items listed are assumed to be applied first and that the changes for Mantis 2008 go on top of that. The Champions request that this change be made before the next Working Group meeting on May 1st.
