"restrict" is familiar from PSL, but (like any new keyword 
that is a fairly common English word) it has a good chance
of conflict with existing user code.  Choosing a more obscure 
keyword would cloud the intent and is at least as undesirable.

Might it make sense to use the existing keyword "constraint" 
in place of "restrict"?  I don't think there would be any 
syntactic ambiguity with randomization constraints, and the 
meaning of the word is fairly well aligned with the intent.  
An obvious drawback is that "constraint" is a noun, whereas 
the other directives "cover", "assume" and "assert" are verbs.
