It has no self-determined type, and makes no sense 
unless in an assignment-like context.  The same is
true for the much simpler expression

Is the intent that every part of an "aggregate expression"
be in an assignment-like context?  I don't see how that
could work.

"constructed by assignment pattern *expressions*" might
make more sense here?  An assignment pattern expression
has a type in front of it, and thereby does have
self-determined type.
