No on 1809 (Francoise's version).
Reasons: I am not convinced that the interactions are quite right,
I haven't been able to take the time to evaluate its
correctness in contexts such as inline constraints and
assertions contexts, and finally, the complexity of the
resulting descriptions does not seem to be worthwhile,
particularly given that I continue to question whether
the handling in the context of $unit is actually better
            for users and design robustness.

If this proposal could be considered on Monday, some of
the wording and side comments, etc. that I mentioned previously
            needs to be addressed.

Yes on the "V3" version of 1602.

Yes on the "V4" version of 2097.

Yes on the remainder.
