Matt,

The 1809 proposal from Francoise is not yet uploaded to Mantis; my
original proposal is there.

Given the earlier mail, you are calling for a vote on Francoise's
proposal and not mine. Could you or Francoise please upload the
proposal under a different name than mine and then clarify that please?

I am going to defer on my votes until I know whether we will be having
a meeting on Monday the 17th.

Comment on 2037 -- I am Ok with the intent here. Right now however
there is no grammar changes included which must be corrected for
completeness. In addition, I think the formatting use of
"Example .." assumes that the examples will be in separate "boxes"
with a caption below. That is typically not how examples are
done in the rest of the text and should probably be brought into
line. If I have to vote on the current proposal, I'll likely
vote "yes" but with a recommendation to our champion's rep to
send it back for further work.

Gord.
