Yes to all except 1809. I am voting no on 1809 since I think that 1809 was mistakenly added to the e-vote. We had agreed to wait until Dec 10 before taking any action on 1809 to allow Francoise to make a counter proposal; this "no" is just a place-holder for that reason. Gord.
